Philippe Touzet is an attorney member of the Paris Bar, founding partner of the law firm Touzet Associés. He is a mediator specialized in conflicts between shareholders and partners, former Member of the Council of the Paris Bar Association (2008-2011), former administrator of the French Association of Credit Managers (AFDCC).

He practices exclusively in corporate and commercial law and has specialized for 20 years in liberal professions law. He carries out numerous legal operations involving mergers, restructurings, transfers of liberal funds and clienteles, LBOs, OBOs, integration of employees, inter-professionality, etc.

He assists professionals and in particular many law firms in partner withdrawal operations and in conflicts between partners (negotiations, mediations, evaluations, expert opinions, litigation, arbitration

He is an expert member of the Entrepreneurial Bar of the Paris Bar and of the “professional structures” network of the National Bar Council.

He is mediator since 2001, intervenes at CMAP, and registered on the list of the Paris Court of Appeal and at the CNMA.

He publishes numerous articles in the fields he practices, in particular in his firm's newsletter www.parabellum.pro, and in the legal press ; every year, he leads numerous training courses and conferences on the law of regulated professions and the professional structures of liberal professionals. He is co-author of the Vade-mecum of Group Practices published by the Paris Bar in April 2013.

He has been working at Sciences Po Paris for many years where he teaches litigation strategy and inter-company mediation.

The law firm TouzetAssociés won the 2014 legal innovation prize awarded by Legiteam / Village de la Justice.
